Glenavon Community Hub is a converted ex-school dental clinic.  It has been renovated to include french doors and a sunny deck, carpet, couches and heat pump. Funding for these renovations was provided by ASB Community Trust, Auckland Council and The Trusts Charitable Foundation.

The Hub is also available to other groups that wish to use it such as community-based interest groups and health and social services such as ESOL classes for new migrants, at-risk youth programmes, life skills classes, homework centre, playgroups, mother's coffee groups, and antenatal care. Hirage is extremely reasonable and not intended to be an obstacle to people using the building.
