About the role

The activities , responsibilities and deliverables of the Hub Administrator are:    

  • Manage and keep up to date Hub event attendance and project contact databases

  • Welcoming visitors and assisting new hires to the Hub

  • Develop and administer Hub user agreement and booking systems ,conveying information regarding Hub and School policies  and procedures.

  • Co- ordinate bookings and ensure all enquirers are handled efficiently and effectively.

  • Developing and administering general office systems and procedures working along side the treasurer on financial transaction records keeping.

  • Support Hub Coordinator with marketing and social media, distribution of promotional materials and newsletters and management of social media forums promoting events and our space-including Website and Facebook

  • Support the Hub Coordinator and CSW with planning and coordinating events, scheduling appointments/meetings for the Board,Hub Coordinator,contractors,volunteers and stakeholders.

  • Support the Hub Coordinator in My Pathways (see schedule)

  • Organizing office files such as filing of minutes and policies confirmed by the Board in a way that can be easily accessed and understood by the board members and contractors

  • Filing various documents as both hard and digital copies

  • Using programs from the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Maintaining and operating office equipment including copiers,scanners,printers,and telephones.

  • Maintaining office supplies.

  • Maintaining social media accounts for the organization.
