About the role
The activities , responsibilities and deliverables of the Hub Administrator are:

Manage and keep up to date Hub event attendance and project contact databases

Welcoming visitors and assisting new hires to the Hub

Develop and administer Hub user agreement and booking systems ,conveying information regarding Hub and School policies and procedures.

Co- ordinate bookings and ensure all enquirers are handled efficiently and effectively.

Developing and administering general office systems and procedures working along side the treasurer on financial transaction records keeping.

Support Hub Coordinator with marketing and social media, distribution of promotional materials and newsletters and management of social media forums promoting events and our space-including Website and Facebook

Support the Hub Coordinator and CSW with planning and coordinating events, scheduling appointments/meetings for the Board,Hub Coordinator,contractors,volunteers and stakeholders.

Support the Hub Coordinator in My Pathways (see schedule)

Organizing office files such as filing of minutes and policies confirmed by the Board in a way that can be easily accessed and understood by the board members and contractors

Filing various documents as both hard and digital copies

Using programs from the Microsoft Office Suite
-
Maintaining and operating office equipment including copiers,scanners,printers,and telephones.

Maintaining office supplies.

Maintaining social media accounts for the organization.
